Vw Scirocco GT TDi

Awesome new car prototype from VW. The VW XL1 is an electric / diesel hybrid car an electric motor and a 0.8 litre diesel engine. Capable of 313 miles on 1 gallon of diesel!! Amazing car, and looks pretty sweet too.

After seeing the new Audi concept last week, it reminded me of some other concept cars that I wished had been made. The original concept for the VW Scirocco was this, but then they watered it down to the production model seen today.
